Showed up an hour late due to unforseen circumstances. More than made up for it by hard and efficient work to get me loaded on time. Would definately hire again.

I did not want to go this route with a bad review but my emails have been ignored by the movers and movinghelp.com does not want to assist me or show that they actually care about the customer. The movers showed up 2 hours late due to car trouble, I was fine after they arrived and apologized, they were quick and unloaded my moving truck into the storage unit in 2 hours. I even went out to buy them drinks. My problem was I paid for 4 hours and now I can’t get a response from the movers and my credit card could not be credited because movinghelp.com released the funds. Don’t get me wrong they did a great job unpacking but I was taken advantage of by being charged for 2 hours they did not work. I also feel like movinghelp.com is responsible for putting reputable companies on their site, that are vetted. I just moved to TN and this was not the first thing I wanted to have to spend my time fighting. I was hoping the movers would respond and be honest and try to make the situation right.

They were quick unloading two containers and put everything in each room designated. I would use this firm again and highly recommend them.

These were such hard workers. They were a bit late due to car troubles but once they arrived-they were amazing. They worked hard the whole time and were gentle and careful in moving all of our things. We would totally use them again!

They had car trouble but did show up eventually! They unloaded and moved our stuff in very quickly and we got 3 people instead of 2 which was nice! The team was friendly and did a great job.
