They were great in communication and was able to accommodate evening timing which was great, but they came unequipped and struggled with carrying heaving furniture resulting in scratches and small dents in the wall in a brand new house, also they removed some drawers from an IKEA dresser and they reinstalled it in a wrong way that made it the safety mechanism of the drawer dysfunctional and sometimes the drawers will not open. Also after tipping them one of them kept negotiating more and more for the tip , the other guy was great to be honest and I appreciate him.

The two men, Sean and Lucas, that came to help us were amazing. They were done their previous job early, so contacted us to say they could come earlier than scheduled, which was great. They arrived right when they said they would. The day was quite hot, but they worked hard in the two hours we had them to help us get our furniture, including a sofa bed, and moving boxes up three flights (24 steps) of stairs. I would heartily recommend them.
