This was a traumatic experience for me. The workers got into it during the job and damaged my furniture. One of the guys left after claiming his coworker was trying to hurt him by pushing the couch-I suggested that he switch positions to which he replied he has worked with the guy enough and he would put a bullet in him. I told him that we didn’t want that. The guy left, so that left one guy and his wife. I hired 3 people for 2 hours and had to call friends to assist and finish. Once finished the guy asked for payment code as if they should be paid full amount. I told him to have the owner contact me. He was very responsive and offered to give me a refund for the guy that left. I have to file a claim for my damaged couch and dresser. That’s a time consuming process that I now have to do. The owner asked me to send pictures. But the worker that stayed around took them. I did give them $20 because they had kids in their car while they were working so they could get them something to eat.

They were maybe a bit rougher with some of our stuff than we’d have liked, but nothing was damaged and they were extremely quick and efficient. Would probably work with them again.
