Stephen and Ron were AHHH-MAZING! This is the 2nd time using Mindful Movers and we will continue to use them as needed for moves and anything else. We have some seriously heavy totes and these guys killed it! Not once did they stop, complain, slow down. On the ball from start to finish and were friendly and communicated well during the entire unload. We have moved A LOT from state to state and these fella were the BEST we have ever had! BOOK THEM!!!

Let me start by saying I have used Moving help six times in the past two years. The crew that showed up was outstanding. The front office sending email and text asking about what I am moving. No other company does that. Other companies show with plastic wrap, tape, blankets, Furniture dolly, appliance dolly and lifting straps ready to move. Besides paying top dollar to mindful movers for this move the crew showed up with no moving supplies and wanted to charge extra for moving blankets and did charge extra for wrapping door frames. Then wanted to charge time and a half for anytime going over the hours I prepaid for. No other company has done that. This company will nickel and dime you and you are already paying more an hour than any other moving company. I will never use them again. There are better options out there.

The movers were late, which they did communicate to me ahead of time. They showed up smelling of pot (why get high before you move furniture??? Bad idea) and ignored my request to use furniture blankets to protect some marble items. Of course a marble item got broken. It was a piece I’ve had my whole life that was my parents’. Disaster.
