Dan was great. Initial communication I thought was great- I called the owner & spoke about my previous traumatic experience using another company & if he could make sure I had top notch help. He said all his help were top notch. SAL IS NOT TOP NOTCH! This is the same guy that left my job the first time & threatened to shoot the other worker. I do not know if the owner said something to them because Sal tried to disguise himself. HE knew who I was because he asked his coworker if he thought I would recognize him. Just Deceitful. Sal started taking pictures of damaged things, & I said these were not damaged when the move started & why weren't you taking all these pictures last time? I literally watched Sal sit a piece of furniture on the bed of truck, slide it across the grated area causing the furniture to be damaged. I had to add more time because Sal kept disappearing and taking breaks. Still waiting for my refund of the extra hour I paid for that they could not work. TIP-Lose SAL!
