only one person came making it difficult to move large pieces. white doors and walls were banged and scraped multiple times leaving marks

The mover came out slightly later than initially advised he would arrive. When he started to move my furniture he wasn’t securing it to the dolly. He dropped and broke my entertainment center. He was apologetic and said that it had not happened to him before. He continued to move thing out but still not securing things very well to the dolly. He dropped a few of my plastic containers another time. When I called he supervisor, she was very helpful and apologetic. I would use caution when using this company.
