I hate having to give these guys a bad review because they were professional during the loading of the moving truck and a tailor I rented from U-Haul. But honestly, the packing job they did was simply HORRIBLE!!!! First off there was a lot of room left on the truck that was space that wasn't used properly which ended up with not being able to load all of my belongings which is now costing me additional money to rent a storage unit, be without all of my belonging two states away. When the moving company that I hired to unload my property they were in disbelief of how poorly my belongings were packed and how much space was not used validating what I already thought. Then the worst happened, I have soooo much damage to my property it's unreal! I have so much furniture and property damage it's unreal. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! You'll be sorry if you do! I sent about 25 pictures of damaged items that they asked me to send but then they ghosted me and won't return my calls. BEWARE OF THEM!!

Not only did they break two of my bookcases but they also messed up a bunch of the boxes when they decided to scatter them out of my truck and not give me a chance to get to the storage unit and meet them there while the moving truck was parked in front of it. One of them was brazen enough to tell me that he was willing to move my heavy appliances without using the ramp in that he has been doing this since 14 years of age. Quite honestly I have never seen a group of individuals show up unprepared and not finish the job to its utmost completion. I had paid them for 3 hours which would have given them ample time to get everything into my storage but decided to load everything in the front leaving a lot of space in the back of the storage unit. As the saying goes when you go cheap you end up paying up in expensive price! I will never recommend this group of young men because I have to go through my storage unit on a daily basis to figure out how to organize it best.

Guys did a great job. They had a lot of stuff to put in the truck and filled it to the very top and all the way. Filled a 20’ truck top to bottom in 1.5 hours

Devon is a great, kind guy. He is a young entrepreneur with great interpersonal communication skills. Because he was an hour late, I had to initiate communication, and the work took less than an hour, I will not provide a tip. I do recommend him for additional moves!
