The movers showed up on time and they were quick to get to work. My time did end before they could get everything in my truck. There were times when one of the workers spent time on his phone instead of loading boxes. When we unloaded the truck at my new destination, there was an avalanche of foxes that fell over. It appears that they were not loaded properly into the truck according to my other movers. We had a few broken things. There were several light boxes that had heavy boxes loaded on top of them. I didn’t realize this until we went to unload, and several of the boxes were smooshed from having heavier boxes on top. Overall, I rate Them average.

Overall, I give the company only three stars. There was zero communication from the company until less than 24 hours before the job. Three phone calls, two voicemails, and a text message all went unanswered. The company only responded after I spoke to u-haul, who emailed them to let them know that I was ready to cancel them and hire someone else. Once the job started, it went quickly and efficiently, with the helpers exhibiting a great deal of professionalism. Based on the lack of communication from the company, I would not hire this company again. Based on the professionalism of the helpers, I would hire this company again, but only if I were guaranteed to have the same two young men again.
