Mike and Mikel of Carters Moving Services were outstanding in every way. They communicated well, showed up on time, completed the work with professionalism, and were finished in 1.75 hours. These guys are incredibly strong. As a big plus, they were personable, kind, respectful, fun and honored instructions on where to put things. One of the best customer services experiences I've ever had. I would recommend them without qualifications.

We paid for 3 hours of service and the guys only did 2 hours. WE contacted Uhaul about a refund and they said the movers should be giving us back some money. The moving service refuses to give us any money back. The guys were nice but ny husband had to tell them a few times not to try and shove our furniture in the ubox.
