The company provided three movers, but only one of them demonstrated a solid work ethic. Despite my own involvement in packing and organizing, the move was significantly slower than anticipated. I ended up having to pay for an additional hour of service due to their inefficiency. A key issue was their misunderstanding of the job scope. Despite providing both addresses when making the reservation and explicitly requesting assistance with both packing up my old residence into a U-Haul truck and unloading it at the new location, the movers seemed to expect to handle only one of these tasks. This lack of clarity and preparation led to further delays and frustration. Regrettably, the quality of the moving service left much to be desired. A considerable number of items sustained damage during the move, including the leg of my couch, which resulted in a cracked frame. This level of damage was unacceptable, especially considering the relatively short distance of the move.
