The moving team was late, they communicated with me quickly. They were sent to the wrong U-Haul facility to pick up my pod, they communicated with me immediately. They weren't upset about the miscommunication from U-Haul and they went the extra mile once they got to my apartment to work to get most things to fit! I appreciate their communication and help!
