We ended up not needing nearly the amount of moving pads that they suggested, I felt like I wasted money on those. One of the three helpers did not show up until we finished loading the truck, so we didn't get what we had paid for there either. All of that to say, the movers were very nice and helpful. They made our move a breeze, we were so grateful. We would definitely hire them again.

The best advice I could offer after this experience is to hire ANY other company. Do not waste your money with these clowns. Crew was 20 minutes late but didn't notify me until 5 minutes before their start time window. They choose to load all the boxes before any large or heavy items were touched. When time ran out there were several heavy items still left to load. Crew refused to load washing machine because it wasn't already unhooked leaving me to carry it down 2 flights of stairs on my own. They didn't tell us beforehand that would be necessary. We actually had to finish the loading ourselves because of their poor time management. My large office cabinet was broken in half and the broken half tossed in the dumpster without informing me. We found pieces of the bottom section on the UHaul and can see the break on the top half. All in all this was the worst experience. I have no idea how there are so many positive reviews for the company. Please save your money and go anywhere else.

Sanford and Cole were excellent. They arrived on time and were very careful with all of my belongings. They even helped me load items that needed to be donated onto the moving truck which was not part of the original scope. I could not have asked for better help.

The team was very helpful, worked hard, and quickly. Not having much experience with long distance moves they helped me engineer a TV box and provide advice on tying down the cargo in the back of the Uhaul. Would definitely recommend this crew
