Movers showed up at 930, but I was told they would be able to come earlier (requested 9am) and was told they would have dolly's but they did not. One guy had EXTREME body odor which was awful. Ok, I'll get over that, but gross! They were extremely slow moving things - moving two boxes at a time, with a guy on each side of the box. I was moving 2-3 boxes at a time myself (me being a woman that has Lupus). They went into the truck and moved boxes from one side to the other multiple times which burnt up much more time. I paid for 4 hours to start, as I've moved multiple times and it's never taken more than 3-4 hours. Ended up having to pay for 3 more hours!! Dispatch told me I had to pay RIGHT THEN or the movers were leaving! I had ONE truck load and it took 7 hours, with me busting my butt to help get it done, which defeats the whole purpose of having movers! Afterwards, one of the movers were texting me asking for more money! Absolutely would not recommend isn't this company!

I’ll give them 2 stars because they moved my items in however I was told that they’d assemble things that needed to be assembled. For example my bed. My movers from my previous location disassembled as stated they move however at my destination with these movers now all of a sudden it was (my) responsibility to ASK I was also told after they were paid and left that they don’t assemble. I don’t think to ask or check because again, this was told to me that would be done so I expect the service advised to me told out the mouth of the employee from this company (Brittany). Anyway, never again booking with this company. The way she talked to me after coming to her about this really pissed me off.
