The only reason Ive decided to give more than two stars for any of the above questions is only because of how Joseph handled my situation.. I overly explained my situation to dispatch moving coordinator, online via UHaul moving help, but both of the movers sent to the job DID NOT receive appropriate communication. The address used from the uhaul app confused the movers, but Joseph was on top of it! He called immediately since they did not communicate anything id already communicated to the dispatch. Joseph showed up on time, and ready to knock it out by himself. His partner did not show up with him, nor did he contact me when the address issue caused his delay. Joseph shared with me that it was the second job of the day he was by himself, so I was grateful of Jackie to finally show up and help him out. I do not appreciate the company as a whole, but Joseph should get a raise. Joseph was prompt, professional, and kind. He deserves more than a raise. Thank you Joseph you get 5 stars
