Two Men With An Angel

Our overall experience with two men with an angel was excellent! We could not have done this move without them. we originally hired two guys for four hours and I added a third last minute because we thought we might need him. We sure did! But they were quick and efficient. They were prompt and very kind. The only reason I gave communication three stars was when I had asked ingrid the manager if they could show up between 730 and 8 in the morning she mentioned that the guys liked their sleep so not to expect before 10. Which I found interesting. However they did show up an hour before I thought they would. I was nervous about our move so most of it was probably just on me. I would hire them again.

I hired this company because someone I know used them and I was pleased with the service they provided. In my online reservation and in my phone conversation I made it clear while the buildings are only a few yards apart, both apartments were on the fourth floor. Not only that, both units were two bedrooms with a washer and dryer. I also mentioned I preferred 3 instead of 2 movers, but was told they did not have 3 movers available. When the movers arrived, they immediately told me they could not complete the move in 4 hours. As a result, I ended up hiring a 2nd moving company to complete the move. I feel the person who made the reservation should have asked more clarifying questions to better understand the move and offer additional suggestions on how to make the move more efficient. I am also unsatisfied that my couch was damaged and that the movers were dragging my furniture instead of picking it up and moving it causing scratches on a new floor.

I’ve moved a lot over the past few years and Two Men With An Angel were by far the easiest to work with. The two young men that moved us were on time and got right to work. They had the truck loaded within two hours. It was packed efficiently and they took careful attention to packing everything. I would refer them and us them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic move! Our movers were friendly and did a quick and fantastic job. I nearly fell to the ground when I saw them effortlessly pick up a piece of furniture that was heavy enough to be primarily the main reason I needed to hire movers in the first place. They knew there were only two hours to get everything moved and kept an awesome eye on the time to ensure the job could be completed. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the experience and getting to know our movers a bit while they worked. If we ever need moving services again, Two Men with an Angel is the only company we’ll be calling. Thank you!
