Hired these guys for 4 hrs, they were an hour and a half late, they worked about an hour and 15 mins loading the UHaul truck that we rented. The truck was full, so we talked to them to see if they would come back a couple of weeks later to finish loading the rest when we rented another UHaul to complete the move. We were told first that they would refund 2 hours, then said just to contact them to schedule them to come back in a couple of weeks to complete the loading of 2 more hours they were paid for. I contacted him via phone, he told me to text him the details and he would put it on the schedule and meet us there, which i did. They didn't show up, tried to call his cell multiple times, would answer. Tried texting him multiple times, which show read, and still no response. Have not received a refund from them either. DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKES!!!

These guys are the most efficient, professional movers that I have dealt with. I’ve moved 12 times in the last 15 years, so I had a lot of experience with movers. Great communication, punctual, and as a bonus, the owner actually works on every move. Extremely satisfied and I recommend everyone to utilize these guys!

I don’t think I had a good experience with them. When I gave them house tour to show everything, I was told ‘there is so much stuff’, I hired thru Uhaul so it must have been implied and known through UHaul that it’s a big house so there will be more stuff. I never received a call before the service to inform me what they’ll require on the day of loading and unloading. Now you be the judge of this - I hired them for 4 hours at loading location and 3 hours at unloading. Each place is an hour apart and I was told, driving an hour is part of the total 7 hours that I hired them for, on the day of the move. Let’s say if I would have hired them only for unloading and they drove for an hour to reach, would that hour drive be a part of 3 hour of unloading? I would although give them credit for dismantling my dining table and taking care of a couple more dismantling to load them in the truck.
