Absolutely horrible experience. The worst movers I’ve ever had. I was deeply disappointed in the service. For starters they were 40 minutes late with no communication. The movers did little to protect my furniture when moving it. I had to insist they use furniture pads on their dolly after they banged my table and desk down the stairs. Several times they used dangerous techniques to move furniture down the stairs and refused help. On other occasions they forced things through gaps where it could barely fit, scraping furniture across the wall and door. There was a strong language barrier as they spoke little English and I speak no Spanish. The packing of the truck was fine at first for boxes. They were reasonably careful. But they didn’t secure any of the furniture with the straps I provided. I spent a long time making the load safe. They broke at least one piece of furniture loading the truck. I also have a light color couch that is now covered in grease stains from their hands.
