Extremely Disappointed – Safety and Communication Concerns I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. When the movers arrived at my apartment, I quickly realized there was a major communication barrier, they did not speak English. Even when using a translation app, they could not understand the basic instructions I was trying to convey. If you do not speak Spanish, I highly recommend specifically requesting English-speaking movers. Throughout the move, I repeatedly saw the movers sitting in the back of the truck, talking on their phones and watching videos instead of working. This happened more than five times, and it was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was on a strict schedule. One of the most important items I needed help with was a large king-size headboard that wouldn’t fit in the elevator. I explained early on that it would need to go up the stairwell, and they agreed. However, after 30 minutes, they still hadn’t moved it and were instead focused

This was a last minute move due to Paramount Van Lines scamming. These guys were amazing! They carefully moved my 2700sf house foods with absolutely NO scratches on the walls or floors. I would recommend them and use them again if I need too. We cant thank them enough for their hard work
