I hired Done Right Movers to help with an unload. The first issue was that they only sent 1 mover when I paid for 2 (which left me no choice other than to assist). Upon finishing the move I came to find out that the guy that was sent out responded to an ad on Craigslist and was never formally hired, trained or screened by this company before being sent to a customer’s home, (smh). In addition when the job was completed he requested a tip and began to complain about his compensation which was not resolved by Done Right so he began to act erratic and make threats. Long story short I would not hire this company again or refer them. They seem to have taken blatant advantage of this platform by having no accountability or structure in how they operate. Hire them at your own risk.

The were showed up late. after 45 mins one of the helper showed up and after 1 hour another one joined. They broke the leg of my tv stand and didn’t take the responsibility. The management was so poor. Never recommended!!

This was a very helpful and professional crew. Communication after scheduling and the day of the move were very clear. They were great problem solvers and worked with us getting an odd assortment of office furniture down an older stairway and over rough terrain to our truck. Thanks so much!
