The guy called to ask to show up early which was fine. But then they argued the entire time about how to load the truck. The truck was loaded incorrectly, which resulted in over $1,000 of damage plus certain items were one of a kind custom built. After the guys got there they informed us we had to get Cash ONLY for a safe fee. Then was told to go get Cash from the ATM again this time for overtime fees. My husband helped load a lot of the items to try to make things go quicker. They even had me go get them some food while they were loading then ate while on MY time. This was a thing that they should have done before coming to my job which was why I booked the time I did. They ended up staying later than the 4 hours. Never ONCE did they ASK me or my husband if we would like for them to stay and to pay for overtime. They just stayed then told us it was an extra $300.00.
