Kobie was a pleasure to work with. He was a good communicator, cheerful, respectful and resourceful. Even the steep stairs going DOWN into my unit did not deter him and he figured out ways to get larger things down safely. I would recommend him for sure.

Overall I had a great experience! Kobie called me right away when I booked the appointment to confirm the time. On the day of the move he called me right away when there was a small issue at the U-haul pickup location. He was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I also accidentally left the key to my box at my friend's house and had to go back for it. Kobie was so kind and patient about this - I felt really bad for making him wait but he said it wasn't a problem at all. He did a great job of unloading everything as well. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would for sure book again! 10 out of 10!

Kobie reached out numerous times before the moving day. His communication was outstanding!! He went above and beyond to collect my boxes from 2 different locations!! U-Haul made his day very difficult and long but he did his job with a great attitude and a smile. He even took all of our empty boxes!! Kobie was so easy to work with - he is the best!!!
