They called to confirm the locations and time within a reasonable time after putting in the request, and gave a good To Do list to make things go easier. They showed up early, got straight to work once shown what was moving where, and managed to get even the larger heavier pieces down and out of the 2nd floor of my house without destroying the house or furnishings. I would highly recommend, and will repeat when more help is needed.
