They were great at packing the items to be able to fit as much as they could. Communication was great as well. I had scheduled for 12PM and was notified around 1045AM that the previous job was going to take longer and called me to tell me they would be arriving between 1230-100. My only concern was that a piece of furniture got banged while coming up the stairs but that is expected, right? Besides that I assume everything else was moved carefully.

You all and Uhaul need to include the straps as being required by the movers when offering these services. Also the company needs to provide the movers with the accurate appointment details, I waste about 5-10 minutes trying to find the email that said 3 hours instead of 2 hours when they tried to dip.

What an awesome moving company! Their communication was excellent and our movers, Albert and Ryan, got our entire uhaul unloaded in only an hour! They were very personable and very careful with our stuff. Would HIGHLY recommend them!
