From start to finish this was a spectacular service. Great communication before to accommodate a change in move time, personable and professional attitudes, hard work on both load and unload, care for items and where they went, and efficient throughout. I hired this company through Moving Help and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Despite providing the requested rope, the movers didn’t ask for any additional supplies and ended up loading my items carelessly. For example, one chair was placed upside down, and another chair leg punctured the seat of the chair underneath it. This was clearly due to poor loading technique, not the lack of a protection plan as they later claimed. I had reserved an additional U-Haul to ensure that nothing would need to be overstuffed, and I was more than willing to provide anything else needed if asked. The damage could have easily been avoided if they had taken more care. I provided photos of 11 damaged items to the company, and their response was to deflect responsibility by blaming the lack of a protection plan rather than addressing the root cause—poor loading practices. I would not recommend using this service.

This is our 2nd time using Andre, he never disappoints. Works hard in a timely fashion and a very consciousness person. He valued our furniture and belongings. He arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work along with his brother. Highly recommended!
