Highly unprofessional mover. They were 5 hours late. Omar would not pick up our calls - we were left in highly uncomfortable situation not knowing if they gonna be even turning up for the job. I will strongly recommend not to use US Pro Movers!!

Movers never communicated until over an hour after the time I expected them to be there as we had already discussed on the phone. Called when they were 15 minutes late and was told they would be in contact soon. Called twice more at 45 minutes and an hour late and no one answer my calls those two times. They finally texted me over an hour late to say it would be another hour. Additionally they smelled heavily of marijuana and the smell now lingers in my house. However they worked hard once there, were very respectful and nothing was broken which is why I am giving them 3 stars.
