The communication was somewhat poor. They showed up an hour before the scheduled time and we got the truck hours late (not their fault but an issue with uhaul). This had a domino affect on the day. Again, not fully their fault but them showing up an hour before the scheduled time didn’t help. We also bought several moving blankets and needed them for certain items but they covered totes with them and threw packaged blankets in the back of the truck where we could not get to them. Additionally, they didn’t tie down things properly which broke some of our items. They also broke a tie down that was ours. We also only had two bedrooms, a garage, and a dining room and they didn’t utilize the 26 foot truck appropriately which made us have to do two loads in the truck. They are nice guys but the experience was not the best.

Andres and his partner were exceptionally professional. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and efficiently loaded all the items, arranging everything in a highly organized manner. After traveling nearly 1,200 miles to my destination, I was pleased to find all my belongings intact, with no damage to any fragile items. Additionally, they went above and beyond by guiding me on how to properly tie ropes inside the truck, as I didn’t have any ropes on hand when they arrived. This was the best experience I’ve had highly recommend their services without hesitation. Fantastic job, guys.

I booked these movers for load and unload on separate days. They took constant breaks hiding out in the back of the U-Haul. When I mentioned that we had another stop he laughed and shrugged it off as if taking breaks wasn’t a problem. We saw what they were doing and started to assist with the move ourselves. There was an older gentleman that helped both load and unload. he was the better representation of their company. The second day they returned (the older gentleman and a new mover) they were late with no communication. When I called to check on ETA the boss was very nonchalant about their tardiness. They did eventually show and they did move a lot faster than the previous day, however they left marks on the walls and broke my TV. I reached out to them to reconcile via phone and text & never received a response. However, coincidentally, STILL with no response they rode past my house after I filed the complaint. My house is NOT in a common busy area
