L and J Elite moving were very reckless with my stuff. I paid for two hours of help but had about thirty minutes of work to do, so I don’t understand why they rushed so much. They were dropping my fragile boxes left and right, trying to carry 5 items at a time down stairs unnecessarily, slamming things to my walls, the ground, and dragging items down the stairs. My brand new boxes were dented up as they were stacked in my U-Haul. I even labeled my fragile boxes with sharpie and they just didn’t seem to care about any of my stuff. They rushed, were reckless, and overall just not very professional. I’m worried to see how much is broken when I get to my destination. They were nice but the work done was frustrating, especially considering it took them one fourth the time I paid for.

These guys are the best in DFW! It was so easy dealing with U-haul and driving the truck ourselves, but we couldn’t have done it without L and J! They were kind, professional, and VERY fast - we were done within one hour. We will definitely be using them again!
