I had a couple of damaged items and the movers argued with each other about how to move some of the items, which ate into the scheduled hours that I booked. Additionally, the were trying to rush me to say the job was finished; however, I booked them for 2 hours and they started rushing me when there was still 30 minutes left.

Miguel and his helper did an outstanding job. I apologize for any misunderstanding we had about some of my items but I found them exactly where he said they were. I appreciate they did a very good job and helped with everything. Thank you Miguel and again I am sorry for the misunderstanding. You were honestly outstanding!!!!!
