Pro Movers of DFW is a husband-and-wife team. We only needed their services in loading the U-Haul truck. I was extremely impressed with both of them, the way he packed the U-Haul truck and the way the wife man-handled the appliances like it was nothing. I cannot say enough praise in recommending Pro Movers of DFW.

10 out of 10 would absolutely hire them again! These movers were efficient, strong, and clearly experienced. I needed help on extremely short notice just one hour before moving and they pulled through immediately. Their communication was excellent, and they worked incredibly fast. Highly recommend!

I paid for two movers for two hours, the team arrived a two hours late. Jose Garcia (aka Tony), showed up with his wife, who helped for a mere 30 minutes before abandoning the job leaving me to assist. Tony and his wife arrived with nothing but a suitcase, leaving me to provide the necessary tools to complete the job that are now missing. This was concerning given I had explicitly informed him during the booking process about the need to disassemble two beds. He assured me it wouldn't be a problem . Tony begged me to release the code to his payment, claiming he needed it to secure a room for the night. I reluctantly agreed, feeling a sense of sympathy for his plight. I even provided him with a cash tip that doubled his rates, hoping that this would incentivize him to complete the job to a satisfactory standard. The next day I texted him for an eta & he continually pushed back the arrival time, eventually informing me he was getting a haircut and wouldn’t return that day. RECONSIDER!!!!
