Sam had great communication and I so wanted to love him. He masterfully made use of truck space. I had moving blankets set out on all my chairs and furniture. By the time the designer quality chairs were loaded there were no blankets left and he did not wrap them with protective plastic either. That left one chair on top of the other with wood touching wood. I wanted to explain which of the items were most precious to me but Sam chose to mansplain repeatedly that he had nice things too. Yet I had to repeat that a desk had a leather top that would not survive the plastic wrap. I had five rolls of plastic wrap and he barely used a portion of one. I would have preferred to add time to the loading in order to ensure my items were sufficiently protected for the 650 mile move. Sam asked the friend driving the truck questions when I was the person hired him. I had planned to give them both a big tip, but my furniture was not protected the way I thought it needed to be.

Great help. Sam and Rudy were quick and worked hard to get our stuff into our storage units. Couldn't have done it without them. Moved a 26' van with a 5x8' trailer in a hair short of 3 hours with their help.
