I booked this moving company expecting a two-person crew, as agreed upon. Unfortunately, only one mover showed up on time, and the second didn’t arrive until two full hours later. This significantly delayed the entire move and added a lot of unnecessary stress to an already hectic day. The one mover who did show up was professional and worked hard, but it's simply not fair to rely on one person to do a job that clearly required two. No communication from the company in advance about the delay either. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and coordination. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they can guarantee better staffing and communication.

I order three helpers, only two showed up and the second mover showed up 40 minutes late. I had to help him load, because the clock started. My primary contact was not communicating promptly. Since we all pitch in the move finished earlier than expected. I did not get reimburse for the lack of one man. I do not recommend this company.

Showed up over an hour late put our trip behind schedule. Spent a ton of time following each other around and moving stuff from house to porch instead of just loading it. Didn’t finalize the job we were left to load over half the stuff ourselves. Very disappointed. Reserved 4 guys for 4 hours only got 2 guys for 3 hours due to their lateness. Very very disappointed. Guys loading were very friendly and respectful just service overall sucked we did not get what we paid for
