King Rufus Royal Transport llc

I lived in a small 2 br apt. I had a couch, 2 beds, 1 night stand, 2 tiny pieces of furniture which weighed less than 5 lbs, & about 50-60 boxes. When they went down, they were gone for at least 20 min (smoke break) I even helped them move boxes & I moved the mattresses to the front door. It took them over 6 hours to move my stuff into a truck & drive it 30 seconds to my POD. They loaded my POD up so poorly, that it all fell during transporting. I am so scared to open my boxes.To top it off, they didn't even load everything up. I had to put a ton of stuff in my friend's apt & go back 2 more times to get stuff. She still has about 20 boxes, 2 tv's, & 2 tiny tv stands. I went to the POD to add more stuff & I couldn't believe my eyes. Boxes had fallen down, nightstand was upside down & lying halfway on top of something that I couldn't see.There was plenty of room for ALL of my stuff & room left over. I took pics & will post them. They will not return any of my calls. Horrible company.

Kin Rufus was awesome. When MovingHelp.com dropped the ball and left us hanging, Rufus stepped up. MovingHelp.com is a terrible company who takes your money but will not accept responsibility. Do yourself a favor and call Rufus directly.
