I don’t think I had a good experience with them. When I gave them house tour to show everything, I was told ‘there is so much stuff’, I hired thru Uhaul so it must have been implied and known through UHaul that it’s a big house so there will be more stuff. I never received a call before the service to inform me what they’ll require on the day of loading and unloading. Now you be the judge of this - I hired them for 4 hours at loading location and 3 hours at unloading. Each place is an hour apart and I was told, driving an hour is part of the total 7 hours that I hired them for, on the day of the move. Let’s say if I would have hired them only for unloading and they drove for an hour to reach, would that hour drive be a part of 3 hour of unloading? I would although give them credit for dismantling my dining table and taking care of a couple more dismantling to load them in the truck.

These guys were GREAT. I purchased 2 hours to fill a 15’ truck. Top to bottom, front to back they were done in 90 minutes. Very impressive indeed.

Kenny and Jacques did and amazing job for us. They were so patient with the amount of things we had piled in the truck from moving across the country. They were extremely efficient in packing the pods to make sure we could fit all our belongings. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use them again in the future
