1. They were 45 minutes late. They did let me know they'd be late (30 minutes) but then provided no follow up communication until I called them 2. The guy was rude and had attitude 3. They did not treat my stuff with care. They scratched my floors, banged my wall leaving a dent, and my furniture got all banged up because they didn't wrap it like I asked them to (and provided the blankets and stranded wrap) because 'I had to trust them and let them do what they do'

We exchanged multiple text messages to coordinate the time. This communication was efficient. The mover was on time. He introduced himself and was immediately ready to get working. He listened to what I wanted and he followed directions. He was efficient and did a good job. The move went quickly because of his help. I liked the overall experience.
