I booked 2 person job for 2 hours but 3 people showed up(two of them were young men) meaning you'd have to tip 3 movers instead of two. The job took one hour in total and it didn't look like they were professional because they dragged the mattresses on my wooden floor and dropped my bed frame while flipping it so the sensors on my bed frame don't work anymore. One of the person complained about the layout of my house being weird. It is a standard house and there's nothing wrong with the layout. Then later he complained about something to my wife because we're a mixed race couple and that some people don't tip him which felt very racist. I would not recommend them to any of my friends.
