They broke a bed slat and didn’t bring tools, but they got me a new board for the slat and were able to find the tools they needed. They got everything in and seems tightly packed. Overall A- ! Thank you!

I paid for 2 movers and unfortunately only 1 showed up. However, Adam worked so hard and shockingly moved all of my furniture alone. I paid for 2 people for 2 hours (4 man hours), and he finished within that time. Walls and surfaces were unharmed. I appreciate Adam’s work ethic and kindness.

Great communication. Messaged me shortly after I booked the move, to learn a little more about the particulars. (A month ahead of time) Also, flexible when we requested to move the date up a day, a week before the move. Friendly and easy- going. Had the job done with time to spare. U-Haul had originally scheduled my unloading labor on the wrong day. (Was a same day load and unload for us, but unloading somehow wasn’t scheduled till two days later) This wasn’t caught until 3 hours before we expected unloading help. Adam and A1 thankfully were able to adjust for this scheduling mistake, and despite additional help being unavailable on short notice Adam himself came out and worked until 2am solo to unload us. He was fantastic, very professional, respectful and most appreciated. Thank you Adam!
