Immediately upon scheduling he requested that I pay him extra for driving an hour and a half to my location. I agreed since he had good reviews. He brought his wife and baby to sit outside which was odd. I knew it would take longer than the scheduled two hours to fill a 26ft truck for my family of 4, but I didn't expect it to take 5 hours so I had to reschedule with those unloading. The movers were particular with wrapping furniture and other items, and he said it'd be extra for the plastic. Many times I would find Jorge on his phone, which isn't good when I'm paying by the hour. He asked for a tip for his friend, as if he's not being compensated. Felt like a guilt trip and salesman pressure. Unloading in my new house took 2 guys 1.5 hours. I feel like they took longer since this would be their only job for the day having to drive far.

Jorge and his brother in law where an absolute pleasure to work with. They were on time and ready to get us unloaded and moved in. They went as far as communicating with us the day before in order to get all final details before coming out. Professionalism at its best.
