Very professional, efficient, courteous, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these movers! Big Gunz were able to complete a job in (2 Hours) versus the first company in Alabama that packed these same items taking (5 hours!) Big Gunz used truck dollies & hand dollies, carefully & quickly getting the job done in a prompt & safe manner! Five Stars!!!!

My apartment complex told me day of that I would not have access to an elevator upon move-in to my apartment on the fourth floor. Moving is such a hands-on and stressful event on-top of doing it when you’re 1200+ miles from your emergency support system. I reached out to Big Gunz the morning of needing help and they were super accommodating. Not only accommodating; but empathetic to the situation, conversational to what the workload was needed, and delivered to a quality that is hard to come by. Not only did they complete the job within the time I had requested; but helped me unload additional items out of my car. Problems happen; but bad communication shouldn’t and Big Gunz was an example of that for me today. I have never used movers before but I think as long as Big Gunz is in business - I will be.
