They were carrying boxes instead of using the dolly which I thought theyd do granted some boxes were heavy. At first they were organizing everything nicely, but towards the end only one of the gentleman was working while the other laid on the moving mats or ate. I would like to believe they have time for lunch and granted I only had 4 hours it should’ve been dedicated to doing what they were there to do. No power tools so they had to use my drill even after I informed them the night prior they’d need tools to take stuff apart. They also don’t unmount tv’s, which was not specified on the website when booking. Towards the end of the move they were just throwing things in the truck, broke one of my plastic bins when they closed the trailer. In addition to that there was still stuff they did not load that further pushed my take off time from Edinburg to San Angelo.

Mustafa and Yuri were amazing! The two maintained great communication 24 hours before the job and until it was completed. Additionally, due to traffic I arrived late and they were able to complete the job in only 40 minutes. These two were also very polite, respectful, and friendly. I would definitely use this company again in the future and I will recommend them to others.

My Mover Helpers had to Meet Me At My Present House to Help Load Up Numerous Large Items Before We Went To My Move It Storage Units To Pick Up The Rest of All My Household Items. After Unloading items that had to Go Into My Storage Unit We Loaded Everything Else That I Needed in My New Apartment and had to Stop For Lunch Because We Ended Up Working A Total Of 7 Hours and 30 Minutes Before We were Completely Done and Because of My Two Full Knee Replacement Surgeries I Would Have Not Been Able To Get This All Done By Myself and Appreciate All The Great Help in This Move!! I Will Definitely Call Safe Movers For My Next Move in 6 Months To Florida!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!
