Very disappointing to discover, after the fact, that the mirror was not assembled with the dresser. This was set is so heavy that I can't possibly do this myself. When I called their office, the manager asked me to text him to request that they take care of this so he doesn't forget. I did that immediately but never heard from them again. AND, I tipped the 3 helpers $100 EACH. I'll never use them again for this fact.

Ike and Juan went above and beyond. I wasn't feeling well due to health issues and they stayed till dark wrapping and loading a 26 foot truck with a gun safe. They even brought down all my attic contents. Thank you Ike and Juan! Five stars. You can trust this company with your belongings.
