Only issues that I had was that communication was lackluster at best. More importantly there was an issue with uhaul and the pod location. Due to this the mover had to drive extra. He called me asking if I could provide any extra compensation due to the issues her had having to drive to multiple locations. Hopefully Uhaul compensated accordingly for the trouble caused to the drivers.

At the end of a long 90 degree day, Henry and Jay made sure to still provide exceptional service. They communicated with me to ensure all the details of my move were correct. Once they arrived for delivery, they made sure all my items were handled with care as they walked everything up to my third floor unit.
