The initial communication, from the company, was difficult. I did not get confirmation of their help until I reached out to Uhaul and they sent an urgent email to the company to respond to my texts, emails, or phone calls that I had sent throughout the week of the move. On the day of the move, the movers were half and hour early and ready to get right to work. They efficiently and effectively loaded the truck (I had them move the large furniture and stuff that would not fit in an SUV). They did miss my son's room (although it was pointed out when they arrived) and gave slight pushback when I reminded them of that room although, overall, they got everything I needed loaded. They also went to my new house and unloaded the large furniture there. I booked them for 3 hours for load and unload help and they got it done in 2 hours. The 2 movers that came (Angel was one of them) were fantastic.
