The communication was excellent, the movers were friendly, courteous, and fast. I would definitely recommend and hire again. The one thing that I would add is that I hired for three hours when I estimated the unload to take 2 hours in order to accommodate hanging the tv etc and I put this in my original notes and in every communication I had with the company. When the guys arrived, they said that company policy is that they don’t do that when unloading. That’s fine, I can hire others to do that but in the many contacts, the company had many opportunities to tell me this so I could make alternative arrangements. The scheduler either didn’t read my notes or didn’t want me to cancel or whatever but if you hire someone for a job with specific parameters, there should be communication about whether they can or will do what you want. That said the guys they sent out were FANTASTIC and I would use this company again without hesitation.
