The moving company never reached out to confirm my order of their services until I reached out myself. On the day of the move, they also ran 30 minutes late, only after I called asking where the movers were. Overall, good services - the movers were hard working and polite and got the job done. This is also currently the lowest priced on the UHaul website. Only thing is that I would recommend for anyone hiring them.- make sure you send them reminders reminders a couple of days before and also at least an hour before your appointment on moving day.
