Their expertise with loading the Ubox was immediately evident, they knew exactly how to maximize the space and secure everything properly. When my lock didn’t fit the Ubox, JG didn’t hesitate to offer me a spare lock he had on hand, completely free of charge. Jabari and his crew did a great job. Hired JG Outstanding move to unload my three U-Boxes that were held at U-Haul facility following a move from New York. They picked up the pods and arrived ready to work and well equipped with furniture dollies, mattress dollies, and carts. Whenever I mentioned an item was fragile, Jabari made sure his crew knew and stayed on top of unloading the item with extra care. Jabari's communication was great, prior to his arrival. When there was an issue at the storage facility he contacted me let me know what was going on immediately. Unfortunately by no fault of his, my move had to be rescheduled to the following day, he was super patient, able to accommodate the change, he didn't charge me anything extra just let me know what time he would be there. I was very thankful he was so professional about this and didn't penalize me or make it any more stressful. Hiring JG Outstanding Moving was a great choice!

Great service! Very helpful resourceful and quick! They were great about being careful not to damage or scratch walls for the large items I had moved. They were professional courteous respectful and I would do repeat business with them again in the future. Worth every penny.
