Not a good experience. The person in charge of the scheduling did not communicate with us until the day before we arrived at our unloading destination. This was unnerving because we had driven 1,500 miles from our loading site, and we had no confirmation that we had moving help. Then they had a scheduling issue and wanted to change the time from morning to afternoon, which was a problem for us. The two movers who did the work were polite and careful. It was hot, and we were unloading a 26' truck into a 3-story townhome, but they were not very efficient and moved much slower than the other movers we have hired in the past. The moving truck was only two-thirds emptied. The company texted us to ask if they should send more help. We declined and hired 2 neighborhood teenagers to complete the job.

The boys from CPA relocation worked FAST and efficient. They moved 4 rooms worth of heavy items in less than two hours. Both a load and an unload.

Amazing engagement with the moving team. Both men were kind and caring for our moving needs. They were able to pack a 12x6 U-Haul with an entire 1-bedroom apartment (no appliance). The team ,new how to set items in a way to distribute weight in U-Haul for maximum performance. I safely traveled over 1,200 with no issues. Five Stars!

The lead up to the move was horrendous but the move itself was very pleasant. They do not schedule until about a day before so be prepared for that
