Once they are there, they are there. But the lack of communication and professionalism is a bit of a concern. Also, asked for more money outside of Uhaul for a ‘traveling fee.’ I was so behind schedule due to the job being completed an hour past the time it should’ve been done, I didn’t bothering arguing. Nice guys but I can’t say I would book again. Just can’t trust that they would be able to show up in a reasonable amount of time

Called company at 0820 CST and confirmed move time of 1100 CST. Received a text at 1012 CST requesting to change time until 1145 CST. Received text at 1224 CST advising behind schedule and would be arriving by 1315 CST. Called company at 1242 CST to confirm 1315 CST arrival. Called company at 1458 CST for status of arrival. Company called at 1621 CST to advise status of arrival. Company called at 1722 CST to advise status of arrival. Company called at 1727 CST to advise arrival. Only 6 items remained to be moved at that point.

I found them to be very fast but not as careful as I would have liked. My big complaint is during the move that kept communicating additional charges to my kids (not me). At the end they insisted I need to be an additional $100 fees through a cash app in addition to the tip.
