First off they were late which wasn't really the problem. But they didn't have a structure to putting thing's on the truck I had a 26 foot truck used the same truck before and everything fit just fine. This time not everything fit because they just put big stuff with small things which didn't leave room for everything still have to go back to get tvs and pictures because there wasn't enough room on the truck because they didn't pack the truck right. They were nice enough. If you are moving to a 2 bedroom or more book for more than 3 hour's. The short guy loved him the tall guy didn't really want to do much he gave lazy period. But I'm grateful for the help. Wouldn't say there bad but just need to have more of a structure on how to load a truck.
