Great Movers, Great Time, Great Precision!
If there is zero stars, I would give it to them. I called them many times and they didn’t respond. After many trails, they finally responded and scheduled a time for me. On the move in date, they did not come on time. I called them several times, and they kept saying they are busy and give me another time to come but they don’t show up. Finally, they came 3 hours late. They did not do a good job in loading my furniture. Several pieces were broken when we unload them. Have peace of mind and stay away from this movers.

We had 2 stronger movers and they worked very hard for the entire 3 hours. They are efficient and great at what they do. We got them on a bad day when their day was already delayed 2.5 hrs and cause us to 2.5 hrs delay. However, after accommodate all the movers before us, they couldn’t accommodate us when we needed another 30 mins extra. They left at 3 hrs on the dot and the job were not done. It was our fault to underestimate the time but we wish we can have an option to book another hr rather than being left in the middle of the job.

There was miscommunication about the arrival time. However, once they got there they worked nonstop. There was an extra flight of stairs I didn’t mention. They didn’t complain, they were so helpful and professional. I was sure to tip them for their hard work . I’d book them again. And they made me realize the last company I used, Morris Moving or something like that, they were trash compared to these guys.
