Arrived 2.5 hours late with inadequate equipment. Only a hand dolly. Nothing to wrap or secure items. Missed reservation window. Poor attitude. Damaged my furniture and put holes in my walls and door. Did not complete my move. Said they had another job to get to. Apparently the job before me wasn’t told that. Would not use them ever again. Would leave 0 stars if that was an option.

Exceptional loading service. I have moved numerous times and employed several helpers. Cecil and Allen were both outstanding! Fast, efficient, and careful with handling our cargo. In addition they were both incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with.
